I stayed for one night, the gentleman at the reception upgraded my room from a standard room to a suite, it was a very nice surprise, the suite is very big with a complete kitchen and it’s amenities, a huge tv screen in the living room and a main room with it’s tv screen too, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and polite and hospital, the location is near a busy market with plenty of good restaurants and cafes.

This Apartment hotel was a new experience for me in Tunis , the place claims it’s a five star hotel while it’s not , but to be honest , let’s start withThe location It’s located in a very active area while the hotel street it self is quit Reception Very polite, try their best to help Apartment I was in a 3 bedroom apartment, dinning table, 2 master bathrooms with Jacuzzis ( not working properly) 2 large seating areas Flat TV in every room + one in living areaDinning table Large kitchen with everything thing available except cookware, cups Huge problemsWiFi Very bad and always disconnects No hot water , they have a huge problem No sound proof , can hear next door Food Only one restaurant, very slow , not much options Overall, I will come again

This is our second stay at the Penthouse Suites in the 3 bedroom apartment. We chose this hotel again this year after our wonderful time last year with the facilities and service offered.2 of us stayed for 11 days and extra 2 persons for 4 days.ReceptionThe Reception desk of Johar and Mehdi were very helpful and accommodating. Our greatest appreciation to them. We attach a photo with Johar and Mohamed – Duty Manager who gave a tour of the meeting facilities and Suites available for our next trip to Tunis.Dining RoomThere has been a great improvement in the Dininig Room Service. We would put it down solely to the leadership of Chadly. We had some issues last year in the Dining Room service but this year it was excellent. He was on hand and know exactly what we required and service was very quick. Even with a football team in attendance, the service was excellent. Our appreciation to Mr Chadly. A photo is attached with him.Room ServiceDaily housekeeping and cleaning – done to excellent standardFinally our thanks to the Management for ensuring the standard of service in the Hotel

I stayed here for one night in August and got a nice welcome from Ismail at the front desk. I negotiated an upgrade with his boss on the phone who allowed it as I have Genius status on Booking. I visited a standard room which was quite nice and spacious (34m2) then went to my 2 room suite with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a big bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and huge kitchen plus an unfurnished terrace.There were two single beds in one bedroom and a double bed in the other one, both with TV screens on the wall. There were comfortable couches and a large screen TV in the living room.There was a washing machine in the kitchen which could be useful for long stays but there were practically no utensils or dishes.I had a look at the swimming pool which wasn't suitable for swimming lengths as it wasn't very big and the shallow end was roped off for children.I had completely forgotten that breakfast was included in the price so later on I ordered some strawberry juice (no oranges in Tunisia in the summer!), a cheese omelette and a plate of fruit from room service which arrived quickly.I went to take a shower in the fancy jacuzzi bathtub. There were no shower caps in the bathroom and housekeeping didn't have any either but the worst thing was that there was no hot water.A friendly lady came over to say goodbye to me as I left which was nice but I wouldn't stay here again unless I was sure they had hot water.
